When you submit an application, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, city, state, ZIP code, age confirmation, date of birth, calculated current age, travel availability, and message.

Information is used to review and respond to customer service requests, research order questions, process applications, communicate with applicants, maintain records, protect the website from misuse, and support legitimate business operations.
Communications
Customer service is handled by email. Application communications may be handled by email or phone. A phone interview and background-check process are required before an applicant can begin working. Any separate disclosure or authorization required for a background check will be provided during the application process.
Sharing
Information may be shared with publishers, fulfillment partners, service providers, or other parties when reasonably necessary to research an order, process a request, review an application, conduct permitted applicant screening, operate the website, or comply with legal obligations. Coast 2 Coast Sales LLC does not publish form submissions on the website.
Data Security and Retention
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect submitted information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Information may be retained as long as reasonably necessary for customer service, application review, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal requirements.
File Uploads
The current website does not accept receipt images or PDF uploads. If a secure upload feature is introduced later, this policy may be updated before that feature becomes available.
